Snc intends to inform users of the “www.samurta.com” website (hereinafter the “Site”) of the policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data, emphasizing its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please read carefully our Privacy Policy which applies both if you access the website and simply decide to browse through it using our services, without purchasing any product, or if you decide to make purchases.
Browsing the Website is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of some areas where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him to access specifically identified services (eg to proceed with purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Snc. as well as the right to request the deletion of the data or the update of the same at any time. Any reference to the Code contained in the Privacy Policy, and to the Site in general, must be considered valid and effective within the limits and to the extent that the regulations referred to remain in force after the entry into force of the Regulation (25 May 2018).
The website is not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen, who are also prohibited from creating an account or otherwise providing their personal information.

Snc.”, the “Owner” or the “Company”).
Due to exclusively organizational and functional requirements, we have appointed some service providers that are functional to the management of the Site as external managers for the processing of users’ personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of services provided by the Site, including the sale of products.

Types of personal data processed
No registration is required to access the Site. However, there are sections within the Site that require registration or use of username and password (eg to register to the personal area, or complete the online purchase process), or services for whose use you must provide your data (eg your data may be required to access newsletter services, to contact us, etc.).

Optional supply of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be required (eg registration – and providing personal data, e-mail address, postal address, of credit / debit card or bank details and telephone number – it is necessary to proceed with the purchase of online products); failure to provide such data may therefore prevent Massessi Franco & C. Snc. to allow access to the services of the Site or to respond to users’ requests.

You can also always object to the processing of your data, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.
Who can contact to make a complaint
We remind you that if you are not satisfied with the responses received by Massessi Franco & C. Snc. (see paragraph 8) above), you may in any case, if you consider that the treatment concerning you violates the provisions of the Regulation, lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy. it), or to the Guarantor authority of the country in which he habitually resides, he works or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and the national legislation applicable to the case in question, to the extent that such legislation will remain in force after the date of application of the Regulation (25 May 2018).
The Regulation guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
Review clause
Massessi Franco & C. Snc. reserves the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, in any way and / or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of changes in laws or regulations regarding the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending e-mails to users registered on the Site and (ii) posting on the Site’s Home Page, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated. We therefore ask you to regularly access this section to verify the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy or to check your e-mail address.
